Skins Problem

ok so i read everything and did all of the right steps and put everyting in the right folders, but steam still uses all of the default skins. can anyone help?

make sure everything is the right place

Program Files > Steam > steam apps > ____@___.com > counter strike > cstrike > models.

i have checked both of those many times and it is still not working

maby u should try reinstalling steam, thats wat i did be4 and it worked, but i didnt have the same problem as u.
