funky letters in ur name

Ok I Seen players from the past that have had funky letters in their name .Some thing like this Å. I know how 2 create them but i do not know how get them in my name on steam/cs 1.6.Can Sumbody Help me?

theres a command for each character. Go to start>programs>accessories> and look for character map. Then just highlight the letter you would like to use, and look at the bottom of the program. You'll see a command like. alt + 241 so hold alt, and use ur NUMPAD to type the numbers. then release alt when you're done typing your command, that letter should show up. BTW use ur console to change ur name. use the command name "[-DFX-] XIOS | cLoUd" thats my name ^_^ for example. Use the quotes cuz then u can use spaces in your name. i hope that made sense

ok I know how 2 make the letters but i can't get them 2 show up on cs.When I type 2 a friend on steam I can use the letters but I can't type them in console or anywhere else. Plz Help!
