Sound Card

I am looking for a sound card. I don't want to spend more thn $50. I have these. I was looking at the Santa Cruz card by Turtle Beach, but I don't know much about sound cards. Please help!

I've heard good things about turtle beach cards, but I recommend creative instead. You can get a Audigy Value on newegg for 50 dollars.
