Hi, I cant seem too play CS as much, i have this problem where when i try to open steam it comes up with this it says Initializing and it has to DL but it never does it always stops. What should i do?

tried deleting EVERYTHING related to steam yet? sometimes its just retarded, but it does beat the old days of patching, no matter how unreliable it is
