If you haven't been able to download the first two DLC packs for Fallout 3, Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt, Bethesda has you covered (http://www.electronictheatre.co.uk/articles/archive/2009/fallout-3-downloadable-content-retail-package-revealed-02250409/). On May 29 a retail combo pack will be released that contains both of these DLC releases.

The package contains both Operation Anchorage and The Pitt, and shall be known as Fallout 3 Downloadable Content: The Pitt and Operation Anchorage. The Xbox 360 cover artwork notes that a storage unit is essential for play, but no reference has yet been made of the capacity that would be required. Though Electronic Theatre has not yet received confirmation, it is expected that the Fallout 3 Downloadable Content: The Pitt and Operation Anchorage retail disc will install the DLC onto the local Hard-Disk Drive (HDD) or Memory Unit, and require the original Fallout 3 disc to remain in the disc drive throughout play.
Please note that this news is for the European market. At present there is nothing we have seen to indicate that this will be released in other markets. That's not to say that it won't be, we just don't have confirmation on this yet. Also note that this is only for the Xbox 360 and PC versions of the game.
