about a year ago the n00bs101 dust 2 server was ranked like #4 or something of all dust 2 servers. eventually the host couldn't afford running it so it shutdown. There is a new host and if the server gets going it wont go down anytime soon. So please come give it a try, the ip is 66.154.116.172:27015, thankyou.
