Come October, Mac users can pick up and play (http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3176200) Bioshock. Long since released on Windows based PC's, the Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, the Mac version will carry a suggested retail price of $49.95 (USD).
System requirements for Apple computers include an Intel processor at 1.8 GHz or faster, a minimum of 1.5 GB RAM, a 128 MB graphics card, DVD drive, 8 GB of hard drive space, and OS X 10.5.8 or later. Though it should run on the most recent generation of MacBooks and Mac Minis, Bioshock will not support earlier Macs with Intel GMA integrated video chipsets.
The game has been ported over to the Mac by the same company who brought over Black & White 2 and Lego Batman, Feral Interactive.
