The dedicated server files are now available for Left 4 Dead 2.
The game name is left4dead2_demo. We're still doing some final checks for the client, but that should be going live soon.
Please run hldsupdatetool to prepare your servers for the upcoming early demo release. It's still tentatively slated to come out around 2AM EDT, but that's always subject to change.
