Unfortunately, there are still hacks and cheaters out there. They always find a way. Even Punkbuster can't catch them because everytime Punkbustered is updated, they can come up with a new hack within the hour (I'm not kidding).

Stat padders can be found by analysing the stats (i.e. someone with 1,249 points in 1 round was probably stat padding).
