Best way??

Ok, im starting a movie
-I have Sony Vegas but I'm new to it, but that's not my problem as I'll learn that as i go.

But what is the best way to capture CLEAR, and High quality video from the game/battlerecorder

I have fraps, but It seems to not produce high qual video.

And I've heard of using Battlelauncher or something
But i need to know HOW to use it properly and any tips on it

I've had no luck with BL. Frapsing battlerecorder works best for me. Just turn the HUD off.

My settings with Fraps are half resolution (from 1280x1024) and 60 fps.

You can see how it came out by watching the Echo Squad movie. I'm have a 7800GT with an Athlon X2.
