yes, because its not compressed, when finalizing your video compress it with a good codec

After you compress you will lose some quality

depends on what target size you want, the bigger the better, the lower the worst your quality is gonna get, in MB that is

Once in a great while I see a vid thats real high quality and low MB's, I dont know what they use. Im experimenting now.
