SpecOp & Sniper`s - Be able to pick up what they have placed

Here are some other fixes

* Fix "Clear, clear" spam when not recharing, and it needs to reload (but pushing the button)
* Fix "First Aid" and "Ammo, here" spam when not dropping (but pushing the button)
* Fix Heal and Ammo sound still continue when not resupplying..
* Fix when you shoot at a car with tow, and the car doesnt die.. The bullet goes "thrue" (if i writed it correctly).. Maybe the same with Anti-Tank..

:D AND DONT FORGET - ALLOW US TO PICK UP C4 (ONLY THE SPECIFIC CLASS WHO DROPPED IT CAN PICK IT UP):) ;) :D :laugh:

i believe this is in the wrong section..lol

but yah i wish i could pick up my own c4 when im spec ops but it shoudl be that u can only pick up ur own..otherwise ppl will get annoying and pick up each others c4

When Im thinking about it after i posted this thread, it will be better if C4 can be picked up by any SpecOp class... Thats realistic.... In the reality you can pick up the enemys C4..

yeah i saw that video b4 the 1.2 patch came out and it was a wicked cool video (new stuff in bf2) of course the 1.2 patch was disappointing
