Purchased SF today...missing files???

Ok...so today I went and got Special Forces

I installed it but couldnt play because shaders/lightning is missing! the whole shaders folder is empty for xpak

I reinstalled it (trying every patch) and it is still missing...i probably reinstalled it like 5 times...BestBuy wont take Special Forces back or substitute it...

Could someone send me the shaders folder or something? What do I do?

Hmm... sounds like a patch problem.

Uninstall SF, uninstall BF2, then reinstall BF2, add SF, and put on patch 1.3 full. This will fix the problem.

Im checking there site right now but im 100% sure that there return policy on software is they wont let you get a new one but you can subsitute it.

This happend to me as well, just re-install and patch 1.3 onto it.

This happened to me as well. Reinstall 1.3 as previously state and it will fix.
