You want my "gaming" resume or my real world resume. Either one I think would be sufficient for this position......except the Linux part, but hey if I need to I guess I could do the crash course. I have some versions, which one do I "need" to know? MS OS's are stupid simple.

I'm fairly sure you will need to know CLI and some knowledge of server related functions so learning a specific distro wont matter as there all the same under the hood.

Your post is a little lacking in duties the successful applicant can expect, Napoleon. At first I asssumed you were hiring maint. techs for IS server fleet.

To be qualified:

1. At least 20 years of age
2. Some working knowledge of the Linux and Window OS
3. Good phone skills
4. MUST BE A GAMER!

Is this a Customer Service rep for telephone based trouble calls. The example above would be qualified to learn the operation of a multi -line office phone I agree. But I would hope he was not offering customers any professional tech advice. That would be a scary thoiught for some paranoid and often frustrated Web admins out there.............hehe:)

Btw: this site needs a little help today. If you find someone, have em come by. It keeps logging me off, five mins and It logs me off. What a pain if you post, eh?

I think I just scared myself:D

If I understand this correctly, it's for server support techs. You handle game server support tickets, and phone calls via a VoIP phone they provide you. There wouldn't be any requirement for you to offer advice aside from the actual helping point. But, it'd be nice of you. ;]

Have you tried selecting 'Remember Me' before logging in? If so, try clearing your cookies and your cache, and try again.

Is there any links to a more complete description? I live in the US and this sounds like a job that can be done remotly. I'm curious about times, I have a full time 9to5 job but I would love to do something like this in the evenings. I would send my resume off, but I hate to waste somone's time if they are looking for something more full time/daytime specific.

I'm guessing you are assuming anyone under 20 years of age can't possibly have large knowledge of Windows/Linux or good phone skills?

(racist/agist? :P)

It is not illegal to discriminate against someone for being "too young." In fact, the anti age discrimination laws do not protect anyone under 40.
