I wouldn't say that's artillery, if you look at the trail it left behind. Seems like it would be from a Javelin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FGM-148_Javelin) to me.

That does indeed look the Javelin at work. It looks really cool "live", as it was demonstrated to us. Lots of laugher, "wow's", and "oh yeah's!" when it was used.
