need help

it says i need to install new drivers and when i get into the process of installing it says it doesn't recognize that i have windows xp or something and it may hurt my comp right away or in the future..should i go on with the process?

Do you know what kind of video card you have? If so go to their website and look for updated drivers, not sure about the XP and having your system damaged. Maybe someone else could answer that.
