Hi, this my first thread :yay: Does anyone now what the Specifications you need for cod4? I got a 1024MB Ram with Nvidia Gforce 7300 se and windows xp will this support and run fine with atleast 40+ fps??:confused:

1. 1GB of RAM is not even on a 8800Ultra, let alone a freaking "get it when u buy cerial" videocard.
2.As said above, the videocard should be handed out when buying cerial

The minimum spec hasn't been 100% determined yet, nor released publicly.

1024 MB was written in that post. It is approx 1 GB.

A lot of games require 1 GB of RAM these days, including most of the ones on the Unreal3 engine (which COD4 does not use, just to be clear). This isn't a harsh requirement. Anyone who truly wants a good PC gaming experience should actually have 1.5-2 GB of RAM in their PC.

lol yes, I figured that out after I posted but was too lazy to delete my post. Anyone remember back in the day when 16 megs of RAM was a lot? :-P My first computer ever had 16 megs of RAM, then 64, then 128, than 256, 512 and now right up to 2 Gigs.

Looks like you're ready to roll boys. Don't worry, "COD 4" doesn't require that you have to have a top notch rig to run it. It's a DirectX 9 game. It's no "Crysis". You'll be just fine. Now calm down & stop dishing out more money for a new graphic card.:D

i hope those specs are close to final cuz i have low grade graph card 7300 GT 256mb lets hope i can run it =/ it takes 1.5 gigs of memory WITH vista?
