Whenever i try to install poe2, i get a message that says that i havent installed bf2. I have had bf2 for just under a year. WTF!

Did you make sure it was installing to the BF2 directory?

It is not necessary but if you have renamed you BF2 folder it wont find it. So rename it to the original name or change the registry...
