COD4 Ranks

Hey guys, before you get angry at me for not searching, I did search :P Does anyone know the list of Call of Duty 4 ranks? Thanks!

But they probably haven't been released yet otherwise they would be posted up here.

I would go use the charlie oscar dleta website but i can't get my age right and keep getting blocked.

Edit: Seriously if it says at the bottom of the site 17+ and i put in 17 which i am next month, why do i still get blocked. tssk

Gunnery Segeant I
Gunnery Sergeant II

then you rank up to the next..

etc

Hopefully there will be some Battlefield-esque rank/stat/unlock system. I know there are the perks so hopefully the rest of those items will fall into place.

I'm 31, but I still use 1/1/1900 for those age checks. They're a joke. My friend has a teenage younger brother who was actually trying to do the math to figure out what year he should put in to say he was 18. He failed twice. :laugh: So on the other hand, maybe they work after all...

In answer to the OP. There are 65 ranks and they are, as others have said, based off of Marine Corp ranks, but many of the ranks are used more then once. i.e. Gunnery Sergeant I, II, III, etc... No official info yet, everything is gleaned from developer interviews, Community Manager FourZeroTwo's forum posts on CharlieOscarDelta, along with his blog.

Yup Yup. I am guessing that is somewhat based on what it will be for in Call of Duty 4 if not exactly that because at the Rank of 25 we were all just 2ndLT.

Yeah, it's the U.S. Marine Corps ranks with I, II, etc for each rank.

I remember when I was like 10 and used to fake my age, but then at one point I messed up and I was disallowed access to the site...

it took me forever to figure out that all I had to do was delete my cookies... I even rebooted my computer before that... *nub*

LOL!!!! Same here, I put in real age, for laughs, and of course I couldn't get in, so I switched from Firefox to IE and put in fake age and get on :D
