Enemy Intel *Spoilers*

I stumbled across a laptop you can pick up that turned out to be "Enemy Intel" inside a room in the very first building. A guy shoots the locks on the door with a shotgun, and your teammates clear a couple rooms, but it's a dead end. It was in there on a table.

Unfortunately I've had trouble finding the second. According to Options - Cheats, there's 2 to be found in this mission.

Anybody found the 2nd or know if you get anything special from it?

The second piece of intel is located in the alley right after you use the javelin. Here is a mini map pic to clarify.

I found that one too. I was first looking at the screen seeing what it said, then I picked it up. w00t w00t rofl

I found a second intel laptop in an alley, but I believe it said 1/30 when I picked it up.

I think it was around here, possible behind those boxes.
But I could be wrong, I didn't pay that much attention when I took the screenshot.

Nope, I even tried to do "/cheat_points 30", and it showed up as collecting 30 intel in Options > Cheats, but I didn't get anything from it.

There are some achievements to do with them. I saw one that you get an achievement for collected 5. That was for the 360, of course.

seta cheat_items_set1 "50331648"
seta cheat_items_set2 "0" (tried 1 with no change)
seta cheat_points "2" (default 0, goes up when you find intel)

Are in your .cfg file. You can try messing around with those in the console in-game to see if you get anything.

I think ive got about 11 but I havent finished yet, I will go and replay the sp and look for all of them

Does anyone know any tips to get the one in the ferris wheel? Where the armies of enemies come. I waited for the helicopters to come but I can't seem to get the damn door open. Any help is appreciated.

I got 10 I think, but the cheats suck, unless you combine them.

xbox version has achievements for collecting 15 and 30.
I got exactly 15 on my first play through.
