If you go through the iw_02.iwd file in the demo, you get the following weapon list:

From the beta, the RPD w/ fore grip seemed to be a lot better than the M60. But the M60 was still very powerful :D

Like when it lets you create one, is it only one, or can you make several after?

Like say, I reach the rank I finnally can make my own kit, then, once I made it, can I change it? And can I make more.

For create a class, you get I think 5 slots, so you can make up to 5 classes with different names at once. You can also edit them at will whenever you want (except in the middle of a match I believe)
So, yes you can change it. and yes, you can make 5

Once you get to lvl 4, you unlock it. You go to the create-a-class menu. There are either 5 or 6 classes you can make. Once inside the create-a-class menu, then you choose your primary gun, side arm, 3 perks, and any attachments/camo. You can also rename your class. This is accessible at anytime expect during play.

That looks about right. Good idea doing that as well.
Im pretty sure that the M21 can be silenced. (The Ukraine video, where the SAS sniper team are running round, the M21 makes a slight click when hes shooting.
