What settings are you running at? For me running maxed, it looks like the video.

i run at low, it looks like urs. I tried it on high and it looks like the vid. Its just the graphics settings.

I believe it's either anisotropic filtering not being at zero, or smoke smoothing.

I turned on those two at the same time and my laser changed to be like the video.
