Randomly exiting server to main menu

Recently, after I installed my Logitech G5, I've noticed that sometimes randomly in a server it says at the top "Menu Loading" and then I'm back at the main BF2 menu like if I had pressed escape. Well, I can assure you I didn't, and I don't know what's going on or how to fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
