No fees, tryouts, application or interview process. Just join the site and leave an introduction in the welcome area of the forum. Ventrilo and Xfire are required!!!

Being a part of Shakedown is quite easy really. First thing is to regsister with the site! Go back to the site once your registration has been approved. ( we added this to keep spammers off the forum.)

Next you need to leave us a welcome message in Welcome! area of the forum. Just tell us how you found Shakedown, and a little about yourself. Once this has been completed you will be granted full access to the site and one of the Admins will set you up with a username and password for the Vent server.
From that point, you then need to surf on over to the Ventrilo setup instructions, and XFIRE Setup Instructions in the Recruit Start Up Guide area. Follow the instructions that you see there in each guide. If you have any trouble with it, please contact one of the Admins for help.
Next off, take a look at the News & Rules that we have on the site, they are located under the News & Rules area of the forum. Also read and follow the RULES in this section.
Now all you have to do is get to know us. Jump on Ventrilo and Xfire, talk to us, play a few rounds with us, just hang out! At this point it's a waiting game. You will become a full member after 1 month review has been completed. The Admins here at Shakedown will just take time to observe you and see how things go. Unless you are a total jerk to everyone, then you should be ok!
We all get along here at Shakedown, we are a family more than anything, and we'd like to keep it that way!
Most people don't have trouble joining up, and we don't think you will either!
