I have tried to use compositing mode in vegas to cut an object but it turns out to be a little bit transparant:

Is there any other ways to cut beside this
thanks.

The only way I currently know is to use a mask. Go to pan/crop for an event and in the lower left is a check mark to turn on a mask. From there you use the tools on the left to make the mask and then keyframe accordingly.

Isn't there another way like auto detecting the background colour then change the background to transparent, and leaving only the wanted object behind?
btw I don't think I have the time to cut a complicated object frame by frame... it will take ages lol.
I would also like to know this.

There is the Sony Mask Generator under FX. Good luck with that though. I used it for the sniper bullet scene in Echo Squad, where the bullet track was rendered with a black background, made transparent by the generator. That was a solid color though.
Combustion can track motion and auto-keyframe for you. That's for someone else to explain though.
