The WidowMakers Clan *WM*

The WidowMakers Clan *WM* is currently looking for two leaders to help build its Call of Duty 4, North American Division. If you are interested in starting and leading a new clan, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The WidowMakers Clan is an up-and-coming organization derived from a previously successful, 60+ member clan consisting of BF2 and BF2142 divisions. The leaders are back and looking to expand with the WidowMakers Clan, which already consists of BF2, BF2142, and Quake Wars divisions. This is where you can come in.
The WidowMakers Clan supports each of its game divisions with a 100 slot Teamspeak, each division's own website with forums (the CoD4 website is www.cod.widowmakersclan.com, however it is currently still being finished), and public game servers. Everything needed to maintain a clan is there.
Now what we're looking for in the 2 leaders:
o. This is a North American based clan, and although we accept international players, potential leaders must be from NA to avoid difficulties in organization as a result of time differences.
o. We are a mature based clan. Although the minimum age for the clan is 18 (with exceptions), leaders should be a minimum of 20 years to ensure maturity.
o. Previous clan experience is a must. Meaning potential leaders should have been regular members of a clan in the past, giving them insight in the public workings of a clan
o. Previous leader experience is an asset. It is preferred that potential leaders have experience as leaders, giving them insight in the private and organizational workings of a clan.
o. Other qualifications. Successful applicants will have other valuable qualifications to clan leadership, specifically graphic design, web design, and server admining skills.
