Very last building, before you plant the beacon, use "noclip" to go up into the top left room. Guys spawn in there constantly.

player_sustainAmmo 1 also let's you keep shooting without reloading. If you want more, they're pretty much the same as CoD2 commands.

I love that room :D

If you kill them enough though, they stop spawning :(

You can also jump the railing and go ito the other room next door and kill the two that constantly spawn their, but theyre not as fun.
