US Intervention Mod Update

The US Intervention (http://usi.jarhedz.com/) mod team has updated their website today with a bunch of brand new screenshots and information. Check it out below:

Magic has occurred again. EoD Junglist has given some love and care to our map Battle of 73 Easting, made by SloppyJo. The biggest change you can see on the screenshots are the sky and the light settings. It really adds to the map. After Operation market square, he gives to USI another great contribution.

Did you know, that we have

- created/tweaked 1464 tweak and con files, that are only responsible for the weapon/vehicle characteristics and hud systems?
- created/tweaked 319 own models (including 5 collision meshes each)?
- created/tweaked 673 textures for soldiers, vehicles, menu files and HUD-systems?
- created/replaced 634 sound files to make USI sound better than BF2?

And that's only about 70% of the stuff that makes BF2 to USI, not to mention the work time every dev put into the mod, the 7 existing/upcoming maps and the 40 or more coming/planned vehicles with new models/textures/hud graphics for almost each of them.

the graphics/art direction on that first pic are awesome...really sets a 'black hawk down' atmosphere.

Wow, Nice work Junglist!! It adds the correct color to a great map. I cant wait to try it out.

Soon our 73 eastings map will be available, and I hope you guys enjoy that one also. Keep the updates comming. :)
