1.4 Glitch

Hey guys Im not sure if this is suppose to be a glitch from the 1.4 patch but sometimes when I play its good and sometimes i get these times where i cant move. I heard other people getting the same problem. Are you guys getting the same thing.

I got the incremtal one

and i got stuck at the begining of the round, after i spn.
