the anti analisieing dont work

hi i have a bit of a proublum i have an x800gto2 and in bf2 the aa wont work i put it on 2xaa/4xaa/6xaa and it's dont do anything in the ati control panel it's aa/x4 same as in bf2 stil not on, ? anyone know

to start with only have it on the game or on your control panel and not both...
and then delete your cache if that doesnt work
