GameInformer (http://www.gameinformer.com/default.aspx) has posted a wrap up article regarding their visit to THQ Gamer's Day. Take a look:

The weapons are your standard FPS fare, though some have interesting futuristic tweaks. The drones, in particular, are a lot of fun to play with. When you toss them, your camera view switches to a drone’s-eye view. You can even choose to detonate your drone, when you need to work on crowd control. If you like driving, the drones are just a sample of what’s ahead. Maps also include usable vehicles, and you can choose to call in tanks and choppers as you progress.

Frontlines adds some light RPG elements, too, with the inclusion of classes and roles. Classes include snipers, heavy assault, and other weapon-specific categories. Your weapons selection will vary depending upon your class. You won’t be shoehorned into a particular playstyle because of your class, though—roles add an extra level of flexibility. If you pick a drone role, for example, by leveling up you can gain access to tracked drones with miniguns and eventually tracked drones with mortars. In multiplayer, you’ll want to pick a balanced squad, since so many of the roles and classes are useful in a variety of situations.
