The guys over at TeamXbox (http://www.teamxbox.com/) have posted up a new hands-on preview for Frontlines: Fuel of War. Here's what they had to say:
It appears that the game will feature a nice variety of objectives, each of which will be handled similarly. For instance, the first objective we came to was an anti-aircraft installation that needed to be blown up. When I got to the location, I quickly grabbed the rocket launcher that was laying nearby (those things always come in handy, right?) and proceeded to hold down the X button to plant a charge. From there, I hightailed it over to the next objective, which required me to secure an armory by hacking a computer. Again, I held down the X button while my character hacked it.
Once I finished taking care of both of them, I grabbed a small drone out of a box outside my next objective. These nifty little toys can be tossed up into the air and controlled from your current position, giving you a birds-eye view of any dangers that might be lurking ahead. In this case, I used my drone to swoop over a tall fence and take out a few guards that were patrolling a control room. Since the drones have a built-in explosive charge, I grabbed another one and sent it back to the same room, then detonated it right on top of the gate controls. After storming into the compound, I was met by heavy resistance and was taken out.
