I am very excited to announce to you all today that the Total Gaming Network (http://www.totalgamingnetwork.com/) will undergo some major changes that we've all been highly anticipating. I won't waste any time in saying you can expect the following features very, very soon:
• Single user database (One login on all sites/forums)
• Access to all forums from a single URL
• Centralized location for forum sections (Off-topic, tech center, etc.)
To ensure that this process goes as planned and as smooth as possible we need a little help from you guys. Here's what you need to do:
For every account you have on the network, please make sure they all are linked to a same email address.
This is very important as it will make sure your account is not deleted because it is seen as a duplicate. Also, when accounts are merged into the new database, your post counts from around the different forums will be combined, as well as your private messages. Nothing should be lost!
We would appreciate you guys taking some time out to make sure that each account is using the same email address. We'd also like to thank everyone for being patient with us as we've tried to figure out the best way to accomplish this merging. Due to the process we must go through to complete these new features, the forums should see some downtime this weekend.
