I read a article and it said that it will come in 6 diffrent versions, the 6th being the most expensive and having all the features in it for buisness and home.

To be honest I cant remember what it siad but do you know rougly how much a mid range version is supposed to cost?

To be honest I don't know how much it should cost. I have not bought any of my OS systems, they all came when I purchased my rigs. I know building your own rig is cheaper, but I rather order one and then modify it to my taste.

Anyways, I didn't know different versions will come. That's an interesting idea. I wonder if the extra features in the platinum version are going to be useless (probably :p ). I'l look at the choices and then decide, I guess...

I'm looking at either Ultimate or Home Premium.

Depends how much money I have by that time, and how much I want to spend on an Operating System.

I dont know about anyone here, but if you attend a college, there is a chance they are Microsoft certified and will pay for it for you.

You want to throw up a link or a something to back up that claim?

I'm not entirely doubting it...I know through businesses and schools you can get 'discounted' versions of software (MS Office comes to mind).
