No. I think this is just an easy way of stealing your money. No offense to the guys that did reserve it, but reserving the demo is a foolish act considering that the game itself is about 9 months away.

What if the first demo is public, and at the end of the road all you get is a high speed mirror or something like that? I just don't see the point right now. Maybe I'l reserve it around summer time, only if they throw in some REAL benefits with the reserve.

Wow, I just made a total fool of myself, I thought this was like the 2142 beta that you had to pay for. I never bothered to even click the "reserve" button. I just did, lol. Demo reserved :p

wow wow WOW. Free? i see nothing free about this. When i click the "reserve this demo now, it just tries to get me to subscribe. How do you get this free?

I think you need a FilePlanet account. When I clicked reserve I was already logged in and it said "reserved" right away, so it has to be that. I have a one year subscription, but I'm pretty sure you can create a free account.

Meh got a faster connection too FileShack, they get demos earlier than FilePlanet :). So, w/e I ain't reserving mine, because I can just download it before all of ya'll.

A couple hours does not matter, and its a long way off so it will be interesting to see how the sponsors work and who gets it first ;)
