The water looks bad in my opinion if you ever played SH4 look at the ocean its freaking amazing and its on dx9

The thing is its a still image of the water. When its moving and actually 3D!! it will just blow all other water away. Water that actually acts like water is a life long dream of mine in video games.

That is what the water will look more like, also what the other guy said, when it is moving it will look more realistic than real water, so we will all have to buy physics cards for real life to equal the quality that it is ingame.
