We have been sent some news today from Ryujin about a new mod in development for Crysis. Here's what he had to say:

Semper Fortis: Sea Air Land is a US Navy SEALs COOP mod for Crysis. It focuses on realistic gameplay a teamwork using the authentic weapons and tactics of the SEALs in a highly dynamic mission environment. Want to HALO drop from 30,000 feet into AO (area of Operations)? Go right ahead. Plan to stealthily insert at night from a sub? Or would you rather blast your way in using artillery and air support? No two missions will ever be the same.

• Highly accurate representation of Naval Special Warfare
• Degrees of realism: Go from "simply tactical" to a highly realistic simulation
• Intelligent AI, who use fire and maneuver tactics, call in support, and are interested in self preservation
• Realistic arsenal of weapons that are modifiable handle like the real thing.
• Call in M109 howitzer fire, F/A-18 strikes, and Tomahawk cruise missiles, to name a few of your options.
• Chose from a wide variety of insertion methods
• Medical aid is no longer a simple press of a button. Being a good medic is now a true skill.
• Get creative with your demolitions, Crysis's physics mean that a verity of demolitions options are available. Need an LZ? Use detcord to level some trees!
