Karkraltar of Crysis?

I think most people who have played the BF2/2142 will know the Karkand and Camp Gibraltar are the most popular maps, as they aren't too big and they have minimal vehicles.

If Crysis doesn't have a map like that, a home map - will you care?

Do you think that small close-combat maps like them should be in Crysis?

Karkand is successful due to that close in feel of close combat yet it is a very large map with long range firefights also.
Every game needs to have a signature map unless of course all its maps are pwn. (In crysis's case!)

No reason to roll your eyes, of course there's no jungle on bridges :rolleyes:, but outside of the bridge, what is there? Indeed, jungle. ;)

And this is one of the points I talked about, something different, like buildings and so on. ;)

Jungle is cool, i is going to be Vietnam Reloaded.

Yeah I was never fond of the sand-fog in that map.

Walking silent through dense terrain and suddenly a MG starts chopping trees and ur teammates, going to be great video's for FRAPS.
I didn't wanted to say that jungle is boring, me as a bfv player I really like it, but when everymap would just be jungle it would be boring.

Bah i think there will be a home map, but for bf2 OMAN was mine by far, jets for stunts, urban combat and a beach style assault.

I love sniping on kubra. Me and my neighbor just sit up on the hill sniper and spotter. It's really fun and immersive. I can't wait for sniping in crysis. Cloak and up in the bushes overlooking a compound. Watch out chitluns! Hmm firefox wants to auto correct chitluns to bronchitis or lunchtimes. What's going on there?

The only problem I have with sniping on hills in BF2 are those commanders with nothing better to do than to arty you while you are doing it.

Well, let's just say those commanders are going to regret that move when a tank and an APC come rolling into one of their bases.
Overall best BF2 maps: Sharqi/Mashtuur.
Q3DM17 is complete rapeage, but also completely unfit for Crysis.
Btw, don't forget DM-Cursed3, best map ev0r. Of any game....ever. EVAAAAARRRRR..

You know what would be sweet? If they have the Zero G environment in multiplayer. I bet they will have the carrier on there too.
