I know that there is threads and threads of the 'Black screen, then crashing back to desktop' problem, but this one is werid. My friend is havig this problem. He has just had a virus and re-formatted his computer, and when trying to load the game, the BF2 logo apearrs, then a black screen, then some flickering and then goes back to desktop. He has the latest omgea drivers for his ATI graphics card and patch 1.41 installed. The werid thing about this problem is that with the extact same hardware, BF2 and SF use to work fine before the formatting. We have tried re-installing it and tried everything else what has been recommended on other threads.
