One thing is certain, you won't be able to punch it to death no matter what mode your suit is on.

My guess the minigun, rocket launcher, and probably the gause rifle will be best for taking this thing on foot.

maybe there will be location damage on the alien vehicles as well...as in to take out or even disable one with a well placed incindary round...or if it will be like LtChair said with only the gat, rockets, or gauss rifle

I hope that it is invincible from every possible type of firing except kicking it square in the nuts. Trouble comes in finding them!
