So why is PR?

Why is my PR in add or remove programs ~8.6 Gb?

A lot larger than any of the other mods I have installed. Anyone else have this? Can some of the PR guys tell me why its so large if it is normal?

Means nothing. If you want to know the actual size look at mods\pr. It's probably just a bug, or maybe something else, but it definetly doesn't take 8 gigs of space.

Yeah... that's a bug. It's the size of your entire bf2 install - including all mods you have installed. PR itself is about 1.7gb iirc.
