Error in achieving a rank?

Hi

Having 33900 global score and all badges with at least Basic level should give the rank of First Sergeant. However it seems that I am stuck with the rank of
Master Sergeant. Is it an error or?

To get First Sergeant you must have all of your basic badges BEFORE you hit 20 000. If you don't have all the required badges before you hit 20 000 points, you will get the rank of Master Sergeant. There is no differnce - simply the icon beside your name :).

Study up though. SgtMaj. is coming. Make sure you have all the requirments (which you already probably have) so you get the pretty Star when promo time comes. Enjoy the long haul. It may seem like forever, but it passes quickly after that.
