Need help.

I have a 22" Widescreen monitor LCD and I can not see my whole desktop without moving my mouse over and it scrolls over to the rest of the desktop, This has happened to me before, But I can not remember what I did to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated. And I keep my resolution on 1680x1050.
