I run realllly slow when I play PR

I Love PR, but I lag soo much, I ****ing hate playing the mod, I run pretty good on BF2 and I great on BF2142, but on pr, I lag and run so god damn slow, i cant enjoy this masterpiece mod, what can i do to make it run faster (besides doing the obvious defrag and stupid **** like that)?

maybe u dont have alot of RAM i have 512mb and i can only play 1 map on SP
