AT/Spec Ops IMO.

But like it was said Spec Ops was more usefull in an Anti-armor way before speed and ability to toss C4 were nerfed. I voted for Spec Ops out of respect for a class I used to love, but now Id say AT.

I'd say AT, the pistol is for long range, the submachine gun is for close range, and the rocket is for vehicles.

Well, This poll tells you that, if your a sniper and you shoot someone in the head they will be revived, and blast you with a G36E.

i like support love those machingun's but my favorout is medic only beacouse i can use the brit's sa80 gun i love it ive got the hang of it now single shot from long distance auto med just pop 2 shot's one after another the last few bullites spray and pray works for me

Medic. It is the best kit.

Now, though I do not play it, it is the best all around kit. You have everything you need to kickass all round long. An outstanding selection of primary guns, grenades (which AT does not have), speed, and health packs.

I could agrue up and down why assault is great and why support has great value...but in the end, it is going to be a medic that will be of greatest value over all to a team. Be it with kills or team points from health and revives.

I like Assault, these are normally the tanks on legs. With increased body armor and kick *** guns like the G3, which when put on single shot is a devastating weapon, makes this class my favourite.

Combat wise Spec ops gets the job done. Once I was an infantry out on gulf of oman and I ran into a FAV. I knew I could not beat him head to head so I run around the corner of a building and place a C4 charge on the wall. Then sure enough he comes speeding around the corner and I get 2 points.

The DAO-12 is unbeatable at short ranges, the pistol is good, and obviously the rocket for vehicles. I think its much more useful for capping and defending flags than the Medic is. Medic is cool if you want to run up your score, AT is good for actually winning the round.

I disagree. I love assault, but that kit does not out perform the function and sometimes, the lethality of the medic kit.

So right! It kills, taking tickets from the teams and then revives, retaining tickets for your own team. What is better? Not much unless we are talking who are the move effective killers and then that would be pilots.

An experienced assault can do the job of medic and more, I can take out the whole enemy force in my area, pick up a medic kit team mates kit and revive my fallen comrades and continue on my way after picking up my kit again (Unless some bastard steals it :p), throw medkits for my team mates, ect and than go and kick *** and chew bubble gum. Sure the medic is better than assault at first but once you get to a certain level with assault kits (or any other kit for that matter) you become way more effective and helpful to the team than someone who goes medic the whole round. Ironicly I am rarely outscored by medics,
maybe 2 in every 8 games I play will someone who whored medic all round outscore me.

Anyone who says medic can outkill every other kit constantly is sadly mistaken, maybe against noobs you can do good but against other players you dont have a chance to bunnyhop away and heal to attack again, infact I think its safe to say that next to support the easiest to kill class for me is medic, bunny hopping around like their the **** and I just fire the GL where they're gonna land and rocket em sky high.

I'll agree there, everyone knows medic is a great class. You can heal yourself, revive team mates (rarely though), get a bunch of fantastic guns, great sprint bar.

When I switched over to assault I gave up the sprint and heal for my grenade launcher and better armor and more powerful guns (and more accurate in the case with the M16)

Im glad special ops is still appreciated even though C4 tossing was nerfed, it isnt a bad kit, I just would take pretty much any other up-front fighting class over it. Maybe if your goal is solely to infiltrate and sabotage it'd be good but if your charging the enemy base on maps like Mashtur,Sharqi,Karkand ect you want a kit that has stronger guns and more armor or a class like medic where you can heal.

Sniper hands down. It gives you a huge adrenaline rush when you pick off guys from 350 meters away with 1 shot and some nice music :cool:

In fact, it's the only thing that keeps me playing BF2. That feeling of helplessness on the other end though, glad I'm not there...

Personally, I think the best kit is the one you need for the job at hand. If you run up to the enemies' assets, spec ops is the best. You can't really blow stuff up without it. If there is an APC raping the area, AT is the best. If there are 3 guys coming for you, and you were smart enough to unlock the DAO, AT is the best. Rocket one while probably hurting another one, then blizzast the others with the DAO. In close quarters, the DAO makes the AT the BEST kit. I don't think I've come around a corner in Karkand face to face with a medic and looked at the sky if I had my DAO in hand. Then I take his kit, heal myself, pick up my AT kit, and rock on. The same if I run into a support proner in CQC.

I think the best overall kit in terms of efficiency is the Engineer.

When in a vehicle you can repair it.

When assets are blown up you can repair them.

You can stop the entry of vehicles into bases without out having to supervise your explosives.(C4 requires that you're in constant visual contact with your explosives and are alive)

Your shotgun is an absolute beast in CQC, easily defeating people in 1 v 1, and entirely possible to decimate an entire squad. You pistol, when skilled with one, can be used effectively to wound an opponent and lure him with your awaiting Shottie.

And your wrench can remove C4, Claymores-granted you spot it and go behind it- as well as opposing Mines.


No other class so suited defend territory as an Engi. Anti-Tank's have no grenades to flush out campers, Assault is not prepared to do anything buy kill infantry; C4 is useful, but requires running up to your target so Spec-Ops have the difficult task of remaining hidden until the last moment, Snipers are easily overcome at close range, and Medics while health regeneration, and the ability to revive teammates puts them at a close second are ill equipped to deal with the ever constant threat of vehicles, and while one death is a tragedy,having your UAV down for half of the map is of far greater concern, than the 15 seconds you saved someone from respawning. Support is a rather useless class for anything other than point farming or as the SL of a highly effective squad-meaning the Squad run out of ammo, before they die- so that takes them out the running.

Best kit, without any contest whatsoever, before patch 1.2 - Spec Ops. People who know who Snarf is, know what kind of magic you could do with it. It was the "tank terror" and "infantry sweeper" kit. G36C was the most accurate non-sniper rifle (before the 3rd tier weapons were introduced).

Today, Anti-Tank. The most versatile anti-infantry and anti-vehicular kit. People dont pick this kit in league games the most for nothing.
