None of the reasons you mentioned does not describe a real clan. At least as far as I know. If I see someone clan statpadding I don't have much of respect on them, because on that moment I know they're just noobs having fun, not a competing clan or anything serious.

There are all types of clans for all types of people.
There are the pubbing clans that play on ranked servers and beat up on defenseless pubbers soley to pad their stats (if an opponent is to good, they will accuse them of either cheating or being a bunnyhopping noob, and kick/ban them so their beloved stats don't get compromised);
the realism clan that enjoy like a slow paced enjoyable game not really focused on skill, but on teamwork and realism;
and the competition clans that that focus entirely on teamwork and skills and seldom play on ranked servers, to them winning as a team is more important than individual stats.
I'm not one to say that one type of clan is better than another. It's an individual choice and people choose what is best for them.
But to answer your question, to me what damages a clan the most, are the pubbing clans who complain about and kick players that are simply too good, because to them stats is King. These are the ones you hear making baseless accusations of cheating and/or complaining about bunnyhopping (if you're unable to beat a player who can't shoot back, it's wise to call him a bunnyhopping noob and have him kicked from the server, isn't it? Why risk your stats).
