Cant install the editor

It says I dont have the right administrative rights to do so. I have vista but for this file I cant right click and let it use as administrator. I didnt see the box to make it run for older windows.. How do I get around this crap, I hate that about vista. I am the administrator... lol

Okay I'm gonna try to remember this with the best of my ability. As I had vista for about 6 months. And switched back to Windows XP about 4 months ago. This may be incorrect but here is my short tutorial:

Step 1: Go to control panel

Step 2: In the search bar on the right top hand corner of the control panel type in "UAC"

Step 3: It should bring up a new box and in that box it should give you the option to turn User account Control on or off. Turn it OFF. Wallah! Done!

Yea, then you have to restart. I did this before, but put it back on because even though it was off, there were somethings that still needed it, and you actually couldnt even do with out it. It was pretty dumb, But mind as well do it again. lol thx.
