You need a NASA computer to play this at max, and even then theres nothing graphically spectacular about this game - just more of the same far cry. I can only play this at medium settings to get a decent frame rate. Can only play in a window cos in full screen mode it just freezes

It's called troubleshooting, your computer working, and you know what your doing.
And most of all EA is a little slow about fixing there bugs and making it run smoother. But when the time is right it will come.

I would say the demo is really well made. It runs a LOT smoother than the beta and playing on medium with descent framerate on a 7600, i think that's a good deal.

The demo runs flawlessly on my pc all high @ 1280x1024 and it looks superb.

Post your system specs and we will tell you if your comp is good enough.

My specs
Athlon 64 X2 4600 oc; Geforce 8800 GTS; 4 Gb OCZ DDR 400 ram; Vista 64bit Ultimate; Creative X-fi fatality; Hiper 580w PSU
Im just surprised that I can only play at medium settings to get a decent frame rate. Also the trailers show graphic capabilities which are nothing like real in game graphics
I think u need a better CPU an Athlon 64 x2 +5600 would be better

Aye, your cpu is the bottleneck to your graphics card.

Some minor tweaks and adjustments to a medium or normal gaming system will help over all performance. Look for services to kill along with any other running processes to turn off along with keeping your system good and clean from spyware and viruses. You may also look at TCP/IP tweaks and small graphical tweaks in the control panel settings of either Nvidia or ATI.

I don't have a NASA computer and I run it maxed on 32 bit at 1680x1050 with no lag. 64 bit will only get better.

It would be also usefull, to know what you understand under decent framerates?

By that I mean 25+ for me. I'm okay with framerates over there cause it's still playable considering the fact that to the requirements my card had to play on dead low, but I'm not saying that it's the best.
