Unlock Abilites?

I finally figured out why GS was not working. I was watching the interview and he said you can unlock abilites like more sprint. I think this is very cool, how far are they going to take it do you think?

All it needs are bionic implants now. Like an eye that pretty much always counts as a scope or an arm that gives you more control over the gun and reduces recoil :p
