time to spawn

Where do i change the spawndelay, i've searched my *** off but i found nuthin =/

another question:
Is it possible for players to move in freecam mode when theyre dead?
I mean, can i dissallow dissalowing freecam?

Don't believe that there is any way to do this in an uneditable way.

hmm, well, do somebody have any idea of how to disable respawning then...

disable respawning? Could attach spawn points to vehicles or destroyable objects like our map Blockade, and have them destroy themselves a minute or so into the game.
